The proposal aims to redefine the state of the places in favor of better urban quality and architectural decoration, characterizing itself as a reference for the neighborhood. The project covers an area of ​​approximately 8700 m2, of which approximately 3170 m2 occupied by the building, directly adjacent to the Napoli Traccia railway station, an important railway hub on the line to Cassino. The project of a new warehouse and offices for sustainable mobility is in continuity with the development envisaged by the 2016 Urban Plan for Sustainable Mobility.
