#MetroC, with the successful completion of the Final Design, has awarded us the Executive Design of the future Piazza Venezia Station. Meanwhile, public facility upgrades and provisional works are underway based on our design, allowing for the realization of one of the most important and complex #Italian #Metro #Stations.
“A project with a total cost of 700 million euros, which will extend to a depth of 45 meters below the current street level, but will require excavation down to 85 meters: 8 underground levels are planned, with 27 escalators and 6 elevators making the 110 meters of platforms accessible. Three entrances will be located near the three symbolic elements of the square: #PalazzoVenezia, the archaeological complex of #ForiImperiali, and the #Vittoriano.”
